Section 14 in The Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1997
14. Authentication of orders etc., of the Corporation.
- All proceedings of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman and all orders and instruments of the Corporation, subject to overall control and direction by the Managing Director, shall be authenticated by the Executive Director or any other office of the Corporation as may be authorized in this behalf by regulations.
