Section 107(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)The stability of a public service vehicle other than a motor cab (or a single-decked trolley bus) shall be such that under any conditions of load at an allowance of 68 Kilograms per passenger and his personal luggage for which the vehicle is registered if the surface on which the vehicle stands is tilted to either side of an angle of 35 degrees from the horizontal, the point at which over-turning occurs would not be reached.
