Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to participate
in the interview for appointment to the post of sanitation workers (CLR)
as per Ext.P10 subject to the result of the Writ Petition(C).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated

ORDER
(Dated this the 5th day of June, 2024) The Standing Counsel for the Municipality is directed to get instructions regarding the vacancies available in the post of contingent employees as on today. The 2 nd respondent also to get instructions as to the list which has been drafted pursuant to the interview conducted as per the interim order in WP(C) No.s 15142 of 2023 and 15146 of 2023.
