Section 5(xxii) in Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008
(xxii)To establish and maintain within the premises of the University or elsewhere such schools, colleges study Halls as the University may consider necessary and to adequately furnish the same and to establish and maintain such libraries and reading rooms a may appear convenient or necessary for the University;
