1. Vide this award, I shall dispose of the application/statement of claim under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, filed by the applicant/workman namely Sh. Gaurav Kumar Singh against the above named managements.
2. Experience letter handed over to workman today by the AR of the management and copy filed on record. Memorandum of settlement dated 17.12.2023 is already on record.
3. Statement of both the parties regarding voluntarily executing the said memorandum of settlement recorded separately. In view of the statement so recorded and the experience letter handed over today, the matter is disposed off as settled.
