Section 73 in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
73. Persons who will maintain accounts, books etc.
The Board subject to the provision of rule 74 shall specify which of the officers and employees of a society shall(a)keep books of accounts;(b)keep other books and registers; and(c)prepare returns and statements :Provided that a person in charge of accounts shall not be in charge of cash.
