1. Learned counsel for the parties state, notice has been issued to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies on the last date of hearing.
2. Appropriate should be notice is issued in the Enforcement Petitions Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:ASHEESH KUMAR YADAV Signing Date:22.10.2022 17:21:19 being OMP (ENF) (COMM) 43/2021 & OMP (ENF) (COMM) 44/2021. They also state that since the enforcement petitions are pending completion of pleadings before the learned Joint Registrar, appropriate shall be, to list these matters along with OMP (ENF) (COMM) 43/2021 & OMP (ENF) (COMM) 44/2021.
3. Since the enforcement petitions, being OMP (ENF) (COMM) 43/2021 & OMP (ENF) (COMM) 44/2021, are listed before the learned Joint Registrar on November 3, 2022, re-notify these matters on February 22, 2023 before the Court, to enable the Joint Registrar to list the enforcement petitions before the Court on the same day.
