(4)On receipt of an application for loan, the Secretary of the [Primary Agricultural Credit Societies/Co-operative Central Bank] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No. 229 (Co-Operative IV),dated 4-5-1987. ], [or the Mandal Parishad Development Officer] [Substituted for the words 'Block Development Officer' by G.O.Ms.No. 37, Agriculture & Coop. (Coop. IV), dated 28-1-2002. ] shall put his initials on the application, mentioning his designation and the date of receipt of the application.
