Section 52(1) in The Orissa Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
(1)Where workers of both sexes are employed, there shall be displayed outside each block of latrine and urinal a notice in the language understood by the majority of the workers "For Men only" or "Women only", as the case may be.
