1. Short title, Extent and Commencement.
(1)This act may be called the Jharkhand Building (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control act, 2011.(2)This act shall apply to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government of Jharkhand may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
