Section 13(1) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(1)The selection of Chairperson and members of Child Welfare Committee shall be made by a Committee consisting of the following persons :(I)District and Sessions Judge;(II)District Collector;(III)Commissioner of Police/District Superintendent of Police.
