Section 16(ii) in Punjab Women and Children Development and Welfare Corporation Staff Regulations, 1986
(ii)Except as otherwise provided by the Board at the time of his re-employment, these Regulations shall apply to a person who is re-employed in the Corporation's service as if he has entered the service for the first time on the date of his re-employment.
