Section 15(4)(i) in The Uttarakhand D.T.H. Broadcasting Service (Exhibition) Rules, 2009

(i)if the appeal is finally allowed by the appellate authority and the provisional stay granted, if any, is confirmed, all further proceeding in the matter shall be dropped;
