Section 14(1) in U.P. Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017
(1)Every street vendor identified under survey carried out under rule 11 and registered under rule-12, shall be issued a certificate ofvending in Form-3 by the Town Vending Committee or any officer of the municipality authorized by it in this behalf.
