857. Inspection of record in Judicial Department.
- Except as provided in rule 84 or rule 220, no record or paper in the Judicial Department shall be inspected by any person other than a Judge or Gazetted Officer of the Court without an order in writing of a Judge, the Registrar or the Deputy Registrar.
