Section 53(1) in The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Orissa Rules, 2003
(1)The Commissioner shall, as soon as possible, after the end of the financial year but not later than the 30th day of September in the next year ensuring prepare and submit to the State Government an annual report giving a true account of his/her activities during the said financial year.
