Section 29 in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
29. Power of [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] to require local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] to assume responsibility for amenities in certain cases.
- Where any area has been developed by the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] may entrust the local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] [discharging municipal functions] [Inserted by Haryana Act. No. 26 of 1984 dated 4.12.1984.] within whose local limits the area so developed is situated, with the responsibility for the maintenance of the amenities which have been provided in the area by the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] and for the provision of the amenities which have not been provided by the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] but which in its opinion should be provided on terms and conditions agreed upon between the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] and the local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], and where such terms and conditions cannot be agreed upon, on terms and conditions settled by the State Government in consultation with the local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] on a reference of the matter to the State Government by the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.].
