Section 16(12) in The Food Corporations Act, 1964

(12)The expenses of the Board of Management in the discharge of its functions under this Act shall be met by the Food Corporation of India.
Such Boards of Management established for the States of Andhra Pradesh and Orissa with headquarters at Hyderabad and Bhubaneshwar, respectively - See Gazette of India, 14-12-1967, Pt.
