Section 58(1)(b) in The Orissa Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962

(b)The map prepared for the purpose of the record-of-rights shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Chapter II of the Act, shall constitute the survey record for purposes of the said Chapter.
