Section 7 in The Maharashtra Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1971
7. Publication of names of members; constitution of Council.
- As soon as possible after all the members are elected and nominated, the State Government shall publish the names of all such members in the Official Gazette, and upon the publication of names of all the members the Council shall be deemed to be duly constituted.
