Section 121 in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
121.
The names of all persons executing documents shall be entered in one column and the names of all persons claiming under documents in another column. In indentures, deeds of partition and similar instruments, the fact that the party claiming under the document is also an executing party shall be indicated by writing the name across both these columns.
