Section 20 in The Punjab Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1963
20. Penalty
. - Any person, who does any act which causes damage to any of the works carried out or maintained under any scheme which has come into force under section 11, shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
