145. Penalty for injuring boundary marks.
- Any person who after a summary inquiry before the Collector, or before a Survey Officer, Tahsildar, or Naib-Tahsildar, is proved to have wilfully erased, removed or injured a boundary mark or survey mark shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred rupees for each mark so erased, removed or injured.
