% 06.09.2022 It is stated by the learned Amicus that Judges/ Staff/ Advocates have to cross the Road everyday which is in front of High Court i.e. Sher Shah Road, and in order to avoid an unpleasant situation/ accident, construction of a foot over bridge has become inevitable, and, therefore, the GNCTD should make all possible endeavour in the matter of construction of foot-over bridge at an early date.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that a request has already been sent to the Public Works Department (PWD) for construction of a foot-over bridge. Learned Counsel appearing for the Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD) has assured this Court that they will look into the matter, and do the needful.

Let a status report be filed within four weeks in respect of construction of a foot-over bridge.

The GNCTD will also consider the issue of providing a Zebra Crossing/ Red Light, and also explore the possibility of posting a Traffic Constable there. List on 28.10.2022.
