The present appeal of the assessee is arising from the order of the National Faceless Appeal Centre / learned Commissioner of Income-tax (Appeals) ["CIT(A)" for short] dated 17.10.2023, having DIN & Order No.ITBA/NFAC/S/250/2023- 24/1057138962(1) and relates to the assessment year 2017- 2018.
2. At the time of hearing before us, the assessee placed on record a letter dated 22.01.2025 and requested for withdrawal of its appeal, as the assessee applied for VSVS 2024.
3. The learned DR did not have any objection for withdrawal of the appeal by the assessee.

4. In view of the request of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeal, we dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn.
5. In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed.
