292. Saving of provisions of sections 37 and 38, Bombay Act VI of 1879.
- Nothing in sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 289 or in the two last preceding sections shall be deemed to affect the provisions of sections 37 and 38 of the Bombay Port Trust Act, 1879.
