Section 23(1) in The M.P. Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Rules, 2008
(1)The Regulatory Commission shall cause to be maintained such Books of Account and other accounts in relation to its accounts in such form and in such manner as may be determined by the Commission/State Government.
