Section 14(6) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System Act, 2000
(6)A person shall become disqualified to continue as Member of Water Users' Association or hold the office of Chairperson or President or Member of a Managing Committee of a Farmers' Organisation, if he ceases to be a land owner in the area of operation of concerned Farmers' Organization.
