Section 11(10) in Punjab Public Carrier Goods Agents Licensing Rules, 1979
(10)the licensee shall attend to his customers in order in which they approach him:Provided that the customers in respect of such perishable goods as may be notified by the State Government in the Official Gazette shall be given priority over the other customers and shall be attended to in the order in which they approach the licensee;
