(8)The privileges of affiliation of a college which fails to comply with any direction of the Executive Council under sub-section (7) or to fulfill the conditions of affiliation may, after obtaining a report fro, the Management of the college and with the previous sanction of the Chancellor, be withdrawn or curtailed by the Executive Council in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
