Section 13(1) in Indian Institute of Teacher Education, Gujarat Act, 2010
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a term of five years from the date he enters upon his office or till attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier and shall not be eligible for reappointment.
