Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The victim has not been recovered as yet. During investigation, police wanted to conduct narco test of two witnesses. Out of the witnesses, namely, Puja Kumari had given consent for narco test and one witness had refused the narco test.

3. One witness, namely, Puja Kumari who had consented for narco test was taken to AIIMS, Patna and she was found in a perfect medical condition for narco test but she came Patna High Court CR. WJC No.829 of 2017(11) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 back without undergoing narco test.

4. The Station House Officer, Alamganj is directed to produce Puja Kumari before this Court on the next date of hearing.

5. List this case on 23.08.2023 (Wednesday) for further hearing.
