9. University open to all classes, castes, creed and gender.
- The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, creed or gender :-Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the University from making special provisions for admission to students of the State of Uttaranchal, Provided further that nothing in this section shall be deemed to requires the University or Constituent college or Regional Centres or Study Centres or Career Academy Centres admit in any course of study a larger number of students that may he determined by the Statutes,
