(1)The Port Haj Committees Act, 1932 (20 of 1932 ), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, the Port Haj Committee of Bombay constituted under the said Act shall, until the establishment of the Committee under this Act, continue to function as if this Act had not been passed and on such establishment of the Committee, the Port Haj Committee of Bombay shall stand dissolved.
