96. Power to enforce attendance.
- The Registrar or persons at authorized by him while conducting an inquiry under Section 91, an inspection under Section 92 or surcharge proceedings under Section 95, shall have the power to summon and enforce attendance of any person or to compel the production of documents or other material objects in the same manner and procedures under the Code of Civil Procedure 1908.Chapter-X Settlement of Dispute
