Section 8(1)(a) in Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University Act, 2008

(a)to establish, maintain and recognize such Regional Centres and Study Centres [anywhere in the State of Sikkim] [Inserted by Act No. 7 of 2017, w.e.f. 22.03.2017.] as may be determined by the University from time to time in the manner laid down by the Statutes ;
