Section 22(3) in Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules, 1975
(3)For the purpose of the first election under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 3, it shall be sufficient if the Central Government forward a notice by registered post to the Registrar of each University concerned requesting him to hold the election by a date not late than the date specified in the notice.
