292. Variation in Allocation of Time Order.
- No variation in the Allocation of Time Order shall be made except on a motion made, with the consent of the Speaker, and accepted by the House:Provided that the Speaker may, after taking the sense of the House, increase the time, not exceeding one hour, without any motion being moved.Committee on Private Members' Bills and Resolutions
