Section 3 in Meghalaya Excise (Amendment) Act, 1974
3. Amendment of Section 9 of the principal Act.
- In Section 9 of the principal Act-(i)in sub-section (1), between the words "by" and "the" the words and punctuation "the State Government", shall be inserted ;(ii)in sub-section (2), for the word "officers" the word "authorities" shall be substituted.
