51. Dissolution of Private University.
(1)If any Private University proposes its dissolution for any reason, it shall give at least six months written notice to the Government.(2)On receipt of notice referred to in sub-section (1), the Government shall make such arrangement for administration of the Private University from the date of dissolution of the Private University and until the last batch of students in regular courses of studies of the Private University complete their courses of studies in such manner as may be prescribed.
