WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their Counsel Sri SIVAPRASAD REDDY VENATI praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the Respondents herein for their wilful disobedience of order of this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No 22158 of 2024 dated 11.07.2025.
WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit of grounds filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SIVAPRASAD REDDY VENATI Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondents returnable in four(4) weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof the said case should not be admitted.
