1. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
2. The present revision has been filed against the order dated 01.09.2022 passed by learned Additional Judge, Court No. 2, Agra in Complaint Case No. 8794 of 2014, Old Case No. 1543 of 2009 (Ashok Kumar vs. Rajkumar @ Raju), as well as order dated 11.10.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 11, Agra in Criminal Appeal No. 104 of 2022 (Raj Kumar @ Raju vs. State of U.P. and another), under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S. Achhnera, District-Agra, whereby the learned trial Court convicted the accused / revisionist and sentenced him to one year simple imprisonment with fine of Rs. 3,44,000/- and in default of payment of fine, the accused / revisionist shall further undergo four months simple imprisonment.
3. Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that a compromise has arrived at between the parties on 13.10.2025 and the said compromise deed has been placed on record, which has been duly signed by the revisionist Raj Kumar @ Raju and opposite party No. 2 Ashok Kumar.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 has admitted and not disputed the said fact of compromise arrived at between the parties The compromise deed dated 13.10.2025 is taken on record.
5. Since the compromise has taken place between the parties, hence the offence stands compoundable under Section 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
6. The present revision stands disposed of.
7. In the event, the said compromise is found to be completely false or fabricated, then the parties shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
