(2)Any dispute arising out of a contract between the University and any employee shall, at the request of the employee, be referred to a Tribunal of Arbitration consisting of one member nominated by the employee concerned, a representative of the Executive Council and an umpire appointed by the [Chancellor] [Substituted by the Amendment Act 3 of 2000.].
