Section 3 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Solar Energy Sources) Regulations, 2010
3. Scope and extent of application.
- These Regulations shall apply in alt cases of solar energy projects for generation and sale of electricity from such projects to distribution licensee within the State of Bihar from the date of notification of these Regulations and where tariff for a generating station or a unit thereof based on solar energy sources, is to be determined by the Commission under Section 62 read with Section 86 of the Act:Provided that these regulations shall apply subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria specified in Regulation 4 of these Regulations.
