Section 7(1) in Punjab Preservation of Subsoil Water Act, 2009
(1)Any farmer, who contravenes the provision the provisions of this Act, shall be liable of penalty of rupees ten thousand for every month or part thereof, per hectare of the land till the period, such contravention continues.
