ap W.P. 9922 (W) of 2010.

Tarun Kumar Mandal Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Mr. Malay Bhattacharyya ... For the petitioner.

Mr. Jayanta Mitra ... For the Council.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record. After hearing the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and upon perusing the instant writ petition, it appears that the only grievance of the writ petitioner is that he has not obtained, till date, the result of the written examination, which was held by the District Primary School Council, Bankura.

According to the writ petitioner, he participated in the written test, but after declaration of the result on the website it shows that no record is found in the database and as such he has been unable to get to see the result of the written examination.

In such circumstances, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the District Primary School Council, Bankura, to communicate the result of the writ petitioner in respect of the written test wherein he had appeared and in case his result has been withheld for some reason, such reason may be disclosed.

Let this exercise be carried out by the District Primary School Council, Bankura, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a fortnight, but not later than three weeks from date of communication of a photostat certified copy of this order. If, thereafter, the writ 2 petitioner is found eligible, then the District Primary School Council, Bankura, shall allow the petitioner to appear for the interview.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
