        This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing
the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated
23.01.2014 as per the Circular 67 issued by the Inspector General of
Registration vide circular 67 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) and pass any other
appropriate order and render justice.

:ORDER  

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.01.2014 as per the Circular 67 issued by the Inspector General of Registration vide circular 67 (C.No.52338/C1/2011).

2. Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the complaint of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, as per the rules framed by the 1st respondent in Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner will be considered, on merits and in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.01.2014, on merits and in accordance with law and as per the rules framed by the 1st respondent in Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
