Section 8(1)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Un-aided Minority Professional Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-graduate Medical and Dental Professional Courses Rules, 2003

(b)In respect of State Wide Institutions, admission into 85% of seats, in each course shall be reserved for the candidates belonging to the three local areas in the State specified in this sub-rule namely, Andhra University area (Andhra), Osmania University area (Telangana) and Sri Venkateswara University area (Rayqlaseema) in the ratio of 42 : 36 : 22 respectively and the balance of 15% seats shall be un-reserved seats.
