Section 1 in U.P. State Public Service Commission (Regulation of Procedure) Act, 1985
1. Short title, extent, and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Public Service Commission (Regulation of Procedure) Act, 1985.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on June 22, 1985.
