Section 60(1) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Orissa Rules, 1980
(1)The Chief Inspector appointed under Sub-rule (1) of Rule 59 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
